Removal
• When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
• When working on high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure.
Heater Unit [Sports]
1.Remove the passenger's seat [Sports] assembly.(Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly")
2.Disconnect the heater unit connector (A).
3.Remove the heater unit (A) after removing the screws.
Heater/ventilation unit
[Front Seat]
1.Remove the passenger's seat assembly.(Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly")
2.Disconnect the heater/ventilation unit connectors (A).
3.Remove the heater/ventilation unit (A) after removing the screws.
[Rear Seat]
1.Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.(Refer to Body - "Rear Seat Assembly")
2.Disconnect the seat heater unit connector (A).
3.Remove the heater unit (A) after removing the screws.
Ventilation Seat Blower
1.Remove the driver seat/passenger front seat assembly.(Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly")
2.Disconnect the ventilation seat blower connector (A).
3.Remove the clip (A).
4.Remove the ventilation seat blower (A).
Installation
